Effective July 20, 2026. This notice describes how information submitted through the H143 Research Alerts form is used and managed.
Information collected
The subscription form collects an email address, the subscriber’s express-consent selection and information associated with the confirmation process. Technical information may also be processed to prevent automated or abusive submissions.
Purpose and consent
H143 Capital Research uses subscription information to send the Research Notes, Watchlist Briefs and Market Observations requested by the subscriber. An address is added to the confirmed-subscriber list only after the confirmation link is used.
Service providers
Brevo processes subscription and email-delivery information on H143 Capital’s behalf. Google reCAPTCHA processes technical information to reduce automated form submissions. Information may therefore be processed in jurisdictions outside Canada and may be subject to the laws of those jurisdictions.
Retention and withdrawal
Subscription information is retained while the subscription remains active and as reasonably required to document consent, withdrawals and compliance. Subscribers may withdraw consent at any time using the unsubscribe link included in an email.
